In a remarkable showcase of culinary expertise, GNA University's School of Hospitality has achieved an unprecedented feat by successfully creating a whopping 3535 varieties of Kachori. This extraordinary record stands as a testament to the institution's commitment to culinary innovation and skill development.

The monumental achievement was realized through the collaborative efforts of 14 dedicated staff members and 120 enthusiastic students from the School of Hospitality. Their ambitious endeavor incorporated 114 different ingredients and utilized seven types of flour, showcasing the diversity and creativity of GNA University's culinary team.

The culinary excellence displayed during the event was witnessed by notable guests, including S. Gurdeep Singh Sihra, the Chancellor of GNA University, and Ms. Jasleen Sihra, a renowned Nutritionist. The occasion was further enriched by the presence of esteemed guests, such as Sh. Rajeev Joshi, Deputy District Education Officer (SE), Jalandhar; Ms. Satinderdeep Kaur Dhillon, Principal, Govt. Girls Senior Secondary Smart School, Mahilpur; Mrs. Subha Sharma from The Chocolate Room, Jalandhar; and JCI PPP Jyoti Sahdev, Glitz Jewels, Phagwara, along with all deans and heads of departments of the University.
