Pinegrove To Host Bilingual Turncoat Debate
- 18 schools likely to participte in Mohinder Memorial Bilingual Turncoat Debate.
After having hosted successfully three editions of the Mohinder Memorial Bilingual Turncoat Debate in last three years, Pinegrove School, Dharampur, district Solan is all set to host the fourth edition of the prestigious event. The event, as its name suggests, is designed to showcase not only the debating skills of the participants but also their proficiency in both English and Hindi languages. 18 schools of repute from across the country will be participating in the competition and vying for the coveted trophy. The event will be graced by Padma Shree Prof. Dr. Pushpesh Pant, Former Professor of International Relations at JNU, Delhi. He is a noted Indian academician, food critic and historian with a career spanning over four decades in the field of education. The event will be judged by a team of learned academicians.The judges for Hindi language will be Dr. Mukesh Sharma and Mr. Hemank Kapil, and for English language will be Dr. Harsh Vardhan Singh Khimta and Group Captain Sudhir Diwan. The event is spread over a span of three days from 29th to 31st August, 2019.
