The leading real estate developer of Tricity, Sushma Group is all set to deliver three more projects in 2020. In past eleven years company has already delivered ten projects. The Executive Director of Sushma Group, Prateek Mittal shared the glimpse of Journey of 'Sushma Group' in a press conference held at Solan.

Mittal said that right now company has thirteen ongoing projects, both residential as well as commercial at prime locations of Tricity. He further added that Sushma Group has projects for each and every segment. Sushma Group also invited the investors from Himachal Pradesh to invest in their various projects.

Prateek Mittal has also announced Guranteed Lease Scheme for investors. He shared that every investor can get 8 % guranteed return on projects of Sushma Group, post possession. 

Mittal claimed that Sushma Group is a self disiplined company and has excellent record in post possession maintainence. He further shared that company is geared up for their first project in Himachal Pradesh. Mittal said that group is coming up with Elementa Project near Kasauli which is 100 crore project, proposed on 23 Bigha land. He disclosed that hopefully by end of March 2020 company will get all required permissions and NOC's and construction will stat soon.
