NCB arrested drug dealer Karamjeet in the SSR case, for allegedly being involved in drug procurement. Drug dealer Karamjeet was arrested from the Andheri West area of Mumbai. NCB searched for Karamjeet since the WhatsApp chats between Samuel Miranda and Shovik Chakraborty were released in which Samuel forwarded Karamjeet’s contact information to Shovik Chakraborty. 

The police are also investigating the case been connected with Sushant’s former manager Disha Salian’s death. 7 alleged drug peddlers are arrested by NCB till now and the search is still going on.
