Rescue Still On- 7 reported dead, 7 still to be rescued

Rescue efforts to bring out survivors from under the rubble went on all of Sunday night and into Monday morning.
Till now six Army personnel and one civilian reported dead in this tragic incident.
28 people rescued till Monday morning including 17 Army Personnel and 11 civilians.
As per the information seven Army personnel are still feared trapped
Search and rescue operation is expected to be completed by Monday afternoon.
FIR has been lodged against building owner.The building was constructed in 2009.
Army started the rescue, later it was taken over by National Disasnse Force (NDRF).
Building collapsed around 4 PM on Sunday afternoon and NDRF reached around 7 PM.
There was a Mock Drill on July 12 , still NDRF took about three hours to reach the collapse venue. It a a big question on state's preparedness to counter such tragic situations.
Army rescued more than 20 people before arrival of NDRF otherwise casualties may have been much more.
