बिहार विधानसभा के अंदर राज्यपाल फागू चौहान के अभिभाषण पर चर्चा के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार नेता प्रतिपक्ष तेजस्वी यादव पर आग बबूला हो गए और उन्हें खूब लताड़ लगायी l नीतीश कुमार का ये रवैया  आज से पहले शायद ही किसी ने देखा हो l तेजस्वी यादव पर हमला करते हुए नीतीश कुमार ने कहा कि वो उनके भाई जैसे दोस्त (लालू प्रसाद) का बेटा है इसी वजह से वह उनको सुनते रहते हैं l दरअसल, नेता प्रतिपक्ष तेजस्वी यादव ने सदन में बोलते हुए मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार पर जमकर निशाना साधा और उन पर आरोप लगाया कि वह 1991 में हुई एक हत्या के मामले में शामिल हैं. साथ ही तेजस्वी ने  नीतीश के ऊपर कंटेंट चोरी के मामले में उन पर लगे 25 हजार रुपये जुर्माने का भी जिक्र करते हुए हमला बोला l जिसके तुरंत बाद संसदीय कार्य मंत्री विजय चौधरी ने  नीतीश कुमार का बचाव करते हुए कहा कि सीएम के ऊपर हत्या का जो मामला चल रहा था उसे सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने समाप्त कर दिया है और इसी कारण से इस मुद्दे को सदन में उठाना ठीक नहीं है l इसपर नितीश कुमार आग बबूला हो गए और बोले की, “जो बात ये बोल रहा है उसकी जांच होनी चाहिए और इसके खिलाफ कार्रवाई होगी l ये झूठ बोल रहा है l मेरे भाई समान दोस्त का बेटा है, इसीलिए मैं सुनता रहता हूं l इसके पिता को विधायक दल का नेता किसने बनाया था क्या उसको पता है? इसको उपमुख्यमंत्री किसने बनाया था इसको पता है ? इसके ऊपर भ्रष्टाचार का आरोप लगा तो हमने उससे कहा कि जवाब दो, मगर जब जवाब नहीं दिया तो हम अलग हो गए l हम कुछ नहीं बोलते हैं l तेजस्वी पर चार्जशीट है l 2017 में क्यों नहीं स्थिति स्पष्ट किया था ?” नीतीश कुमार आग बबूला होकर बोले इसके बाद सदन के अंदर जमकर हंगामा मचा और स्पीकर ने विधानसभा की कार्यवाही को स्थगित कर दिया l

बॉलीवुड की क्वीन कंगना रनौत व BMC के बीच चल रही लड़ाई पर शुक्रवार को बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट (HC) ने फैसला सुनाया है। यह फैसला कंगना के पक्ष में रहा। HC ने कहा की BMC अधिकारीयों ने कंगना रनौत के बंगले के हिस्से को डहाने में दुर्भावना से कार्रवाई की है। अदालत ने यह भी कहा कि अदालत किसी भी नागरिक के खिलाफ प्रशासन को ‘बाहुबल’ का उपयोग करने की मंजूरी नहीं देता है। वहीं नुकसान का आंकलन करने के लिए कोर्ट ने अधिकारी नियुक्त किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि अदालत नुकसान का आकलन करने के लिए मूल्यांकन अधिकारी नियुक्त कर रही है जो याचिकाकर्ता और बीएमसी को विध्वंस के कारण होने वाले आर्थिक नुकसान पर सुनवाई करेगा। अदालत ने कहा, 'मूल्यांकन अधिकारी मार्च 2021 तक मुआवजे पर उचित आदेश पारित करेगा।" साथ ही कोर्ट ने कंगना को सोशल मीडिया और अन्य लोगों पर टिप्पणी करते हुए संयम दिखने को कहा है। 

The DGCA has extended the suspension of the scheduled International commercial flight until December 31st. The DGCA said that only selected International flights on limited routes will continue to run. Flights under Vande Bharat mission and also scheduled flights under travel bubble India is creating to countries like the US, UK, Germany and France will continue and people eligible as per government norms can fly to and from India on them. "In partial modification of circular dated 26-06-2020, the competent authority has further extended the validity of circular issued on the subject cited above regarding Scheduled International commercial passenger services to/from India till 2359 hrs IST of 31st December 2020," a notification from the industry regulator said. The DGCA further mentioned that this arrangement won't hamper the operation of international all-cargo operations and flights approved by it. International scheduled flights may be allowed on select routes by the competent authority on case to case basis, it said.

केंद्र द्वारा लाए गए कृषि बिल के खिलाफ आज पंजाब के करीब 30 किसान संगठन दिल्ली में महाधरने के लिए रवाना है। हरियाणा-पंजाब बॉर्डर से बुधवार को ही किसानों ने दिल्ली कूच किया था। ‘घेरा डालो, डेरा डालो’ नारे के साथ यह किसान आगे बढ़ रहे हैं।  जब दिल्ली कूच कर रहे यह किसान दिल्ली-हरियाणा बॉर्डर पर पहुंचे तो सुरक्षाबलों के साथ भिड़ंत हो गई। सुरक्षाबलों द्वारा किसानों को रोकने के लिए बॉर्डर्स पर बैरिकेड लगाए गए हैं लेकिन किसान इन बैरिकेडस को तोड़ कर आगे बढ़ रहे हैं। इस कारण हालत गंभीर हो गए हैं। हालत इतने बिगड़ गए हैं की पुलिस व किसानों ने एक दूसरे पर हल्ला बोल दिया है। कहीं लाठीचार्ज हो रहा है तो कहीं आंसू गैस के गोले दागे जा रहे हैं।  अंबाला-पटियाला बॉर्डर पर पुलिस व किसानों के बीच टकराव जारी है। किसानों ने जबरन हरियाणा सीमा में प्रवेश कर लिया है, जिसके बाद पुलिस ने लाठीचार्ज किया है। दिल्ली पुलिस ने कुछ ट्रकों को खड़ा किया है ताकि किसान आगे न आ सके, लेकिन किसानों ने उसी ट्रक को तोड़ना शुरू कर दिया और धक्का देकर आगे कर रहे है। जिसके बाद पुलिस ने फिर आंसू गैस के गोले छोड़े हैं और पानी की बौछार की जा रही है। किसानों की ओर से पुलिस पर पथराव किया गया है। वहां हालात बिगड़ते जा रहे हैं। 

आज मुंबई में हुए 26/11 आतंकी हमले की 12 वीं बरसी है। मुंबई में हुए इस हमले को भारत पर हुए सबसे बड़े हमलों में से एक मन जाता है। इस मौके पर केंद्रीय मंत्री अमित शाह ने हमले में जान गंवाने वाले लोगों को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की है।  अमित शाह ने ट्वीट कर कहा, "मुंबई 26/11 आतंकी हमलों में जान गंवाने वाले सभी लोगों को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करता हूं और उनके परिजनों के प्रति संवेदना व्यक्त करता हूं। इन हमलों में आतंकियों का डटकर सामना करने वाले वीर सुरक्षाकर्मियों को कोटि-कोटि नमन। यह राष्ट्र आपकी वीरता और बलिदान के प्रति सदैव कृतज्ञ रहेगा।" मुख्यमंत्री जयराम ठाकुर ने भी दी श्रद्धांजलि सीएम जयराम ठाकुर ने भी इस हमले में जान गंवाने वाले नागरिकों और जवानों को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की है। उन्होंने सोशल मीडिया पर पोस्ट करते हुए सभी शहीदों और नागरिकों के प्रति संवेदना भी व्यक्त की।  उन्होंने लिखा "मुंबई में 26/11 आतंकी हमले में शहीद एवं जान गंवाने वाले समस्त नागरिकों को विनम्र श्रद्धांजलि, साथ ही उनके परिजनों के प्रति संवेदना व्यक्त करता हूं। मैं उन जवानों को कोटि कोटि नमन करता हूं जिन्होंने उन हमलों में आतंकियों का डटकर सामना किया था। उन वीर सुरक्षाकर्मियों की वीरता और बलिदान को सदैव स्मरण किया जाएगा।"

India has demonstrated a consistent increase in the COVID-19 testing infrastructure since Jan 2020 resulting in an exponential increase in its testing numbers. With 11,59,032 tests conducted in the last 24 hours, the cumulative tests are nearing 13.5 crores (13,48,41,307). Comprehensive and widespread testing on a sustained basis has resulted in bringing down the positivity rate.  The progressive decline in the national cumulative positivity rate has demonstrated that the rate of spread of infection is being effectively contained. The cumulative positivity rate has been steadily falling and has touched 6.84% today. The declining trend of cumulative positivity rate is a testimony of the wide expanse of the country’s testing facilities.  The daily positivity rate stands at 3.83% as of today.  Sustained and progressive expansion in testing infrastructure has played a crucial role in the steep rise of testing numbers. With 2,138 testing labs in the country including 1167 Government laboratories and 971 Private laboratories, the daily testing capacity has got a substantial boost. As a result of this, tests per million per day in India is five times more than the WHO standard.  India’s present active caseload (4,44,746) is 4.82% of the total Positive Cases and has been sustained below the 5% mark. The Recovery Rate continues to be above 93% as 93.72% of all cases have recovered as of date. In the last 24 hours, the country registered 37,816 new recoveries in the last 24 hours taking the total recovered cases to 86,42,771. The gap between Recovered cases and Active cases is steadily increasing and presently stands at 81,98,025. 77.53% of the new recoveries are contributed by ten States/UTs. Kerala leads the tally with 5,149 persons recovering from COVID. Delhi reported 4,943 recoveries, while Maharashtra registered another 4,086 new recoveries in the last 24 hours. 44,376 new confirmed cases were recorded in the last 24 hours.  Ten States/UTs have contributed 76.51% of the new cases. Delhi has reported the highest with 6,224 cases in the last 24 hours. Maharashtra recorded 5,439 new cases while Kerala reported 5,420 daily cases yesterday. 74.22% of the 481 case fatalities reported in the past 24 hours are concentrated in Ten States/UTs. Delhi with 109 deaths reported the maximum number of new fatalities. West Bengal saw a fatality count of 49 followed by Uttar Pradesh with 33 deaths.

जम्मू-कश्मीर में पंचायत चुनाव को धार देने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री जयराम ठाकुर दो दिवसीय दौरे पर हैं। उनका दौर आज 11 बजे से शुरू हो गया है। मुख्यमंत्री पहले जम्मू कश्मीर के कठुआ जिले के मछेड़ी में जनसभा को सम्भोदित करेंगे। फिर वह बिलावर के लिए रवाना होन्हे। वहां वह 1:45 बजे जनसभा को संबोधित करेंगे। दोपहर का भोजन भी मुख्यमंत्री यहीं पर करेंगे। इसके बाद मुख्यमंत्री मंडली के लिए रवाना होंगे। वह वहां 4:45 बजे के बाद जनसभा को संबोधित करेंगे। उसके बाद वह कठुआ जिला के बिलावर में रात्रि विश्राम करेंगे। 26 नवंबर को मुख्यमंत्री मंडली में जनसभा को संबोधित करेंगे। फिर वह करीब 1:30 बजे मंडली से महानपुर के लिए रवाना होंगे, जहां वह दोपहर 2:00 बजे जनसभा को संबोधित करेंगे। जनसभा संबोधित करने के बाद वह महानपुर से धानकोट रणजीत सागर डैम पहुंचेंगे। रणजीत सागर डैम में वह हेलीकॉप्टर से 5:15 के करीब शिमला के लिए वापस लौटेंगे।

Senior congress leader Ahmed Patel took his last breath in a hospital in Gurgaon, this morning. He was 71. The veteran politician had been admitted at Medanta Hospital since his condition worsened after getting infected with COVID-19. His son, Faisal Patel shared the information about his demise in a tweet at around 4 am this morning. In his tweet he said that the Rajya Sabha MP from Gujarat died at 3.30 am. "With profound grief & sorrow, I regret to announce the sad and untimely demise of my father, Mr. Ahmed Patel at 25/11/2020, 03:30 AM. After testing positive for COVID-19 around a month back, his health worsened further due to multiple organ failures. May Allah grant him Jannatul firdaus, inshallah," he tweeted, requesting all their well-wishers to adhere to the COVID-19 regulations by avoiding mass gatherings and also maintain social distancing norms at all times," his tweet said. Soon after the announcement of his demise messages of condolences and tribute poured in. Mourning the death of veteran politician Congress Chief Sonia Gandhi, along with Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Vadra tweeted their words of condolences. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also remembered the seasoned politician. He said that his role in strengthening the Congress Party would always be remembered.

मुंबई के 26/11 हमले के मास्टरमाइंड और जमात-उद-दावा के सरगना हाफिज सईद को पाकिस्तान की एंटी टेरर कोर्ट ने 10 साल की सजा सुनाई है। कोर्ट ने टेरर फंडिंग के दो मामलों में यह सजा सुनाई है। सईद के साथ जफर इकबाल, याहया मुजाहिद और अब्दुल रहमान मक्की को भी साढ़े 10 साल की जेल की सजा सुनाई गई है। हाफिज सईद को जुलाई 2019 में गिरफ्तार किया गया था और उसके खिलाफ अब तक 4 मामलों में आरोप तय हुए हैं। कोर्ट ने सईद की संपत्ति ज़ब्त करने का निर्देश दिया है और 1.1 लाख का जुर्माना भी लगाया है। काउंटर टेररिज्म डिपार्टमेंट में जमात-उद-दावा के खिलाफ केस दर्ज किए गए हैं जिनमें से 24 में फैसला आ चुका है जबकि बाकी अभी अदालत में लंबित है।

दिल्ली में करुणा की बेतहाशा बढ़ते मामलों को देखते हुए दिल्ली सरकार अब सख्त हो गई है। शादी में मिली छूट को वापस लेने के बाद आप सरकार ने नया प्रावधान लागू किया है। दिल्ली में अब मास्क न पहनने वालों को 2000 रुपए तक का चालान भरना पड़ेगा। पहले मास्क न पहनने पर यह चालान 500 रुपए का था लेकिन अब इसे बढ़ाकर 2000 रुपए कर दिया गया है।  सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल ने गुरुवार को कहा कि अब दिल्ली में अगर कोई भी व्यक्ति सार्वजनिक स्थान पर मास्क नहीं पहनेगा तो उस पर 2000 रुपए का जुर्माना लगाया जाएगा। इस दौरान केजरीवाल ने विपक्ष पर कोरोना के दौरान राजनीति करने के भी आरोप लगाया। साथ ही उन्होंने दिल्लीवासियों से घर पर रहकर ही छठ पूजा मनाने का आग्रह भी किया।

जम्मू कश्मीर में आतंकवादियों के खिलाफ सुरक्षाबलों का मोर्चा जारी है। नगरोटा में सुरक्षा बलों ने बान टोल प्लाजा के पास चेकिंग के दौरान 4 आतंकवादियों को ढेर किया है। जानकारी के मुताबिक सुरक्षाबलों को खुफिया जानकारी मिली जिसके बाद नगरोटा में सुरक्षा कड़ी की गई और हर नाके पर आने जाने वाले वाहनों की जांच शुरू की गई। इसी कड़ी में सुरक्षा बलों द्वारा बान टोल प्लाजा पर भी नाकाबंदी की थी। वाहनों की चेकिंग के दौरान आतंकवादियों के एक समूह ने सुरक्षा बलों पर सुबह 5 बजे फायरिंग शुरू कर दी। फायरिंग के बाद आतंकी जंगल की तरफ भागने लगे, जिसके बाद मुठभेड़ शुरू हो गई। जानकारी के मुताबिक इस एनकाउंटर में 4 आतंकवादी मारे गए हैं। वहीँ इस एनकाउंटर के चलते जम्मू-श्रीनगर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग को बंद कर दिया गया है।  अधिकारीयों के मुताबिक ये आतंकी जैश-ए-मुहम्मदआतंकी संघठन से जुड़े हुए हैं। मारे गए आतंकियों में से 3 के शव बरामद कर लिए गए हैं जबकि एक की तलाश जारी है। वहीँ इस एनॉउंटर में पुलिस जवानो को मामूली चोटें आईं हैं। मन जा रहा है यह आतंकी के जरिये जम्मू-श्रीनगर हाईवे के रास्ते कश्मीर जाने की कोशिश कर रहे थे। इसी दौरान सुरक्षाबलों ने इन्हे घेर लिया और एनकाउंटर शुरू हो गया। इस घटना के चलते जम्मू-श्रीनगर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के साथ लगे नगरोटा में सुरक्षा कड़ी कर दी गई है, वाहनों की आवाजाही पर नजर रखी जा रही है। 

गुजरात के वडोदरा में एक दुखद हादसा पेश आया है। वडोदरा के पास आज सुबह तीन बजे मिनी ट्रक और ट्राले की टक्कर में पांच महिलाओं समेत 11 की मौत हो गई व 16 लोग घायल हुए हैं। इन में से कुछ लोगों की हालत गंभीर बनी हुई है। बताया जा रहा है ये लोग सूरत से पावागढ़ दर्शन के लिए जा रहे थे।  हादसा नेशनल हाईवे पर वाघोडिया के पास का बताया जा रहा है। दुर्घटना के दौरान ट्रक में सवार सभी लोग सो रहे थे। चीख पुकार सुनकर आस पास के लोग मदद के लिए पहुंचे और उन्होंने पुलिस को सूचना दी। घायलों को वडोदरा के एसएसजी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है। वहीं इस हादसे में 9 लोगों ने मौके पर ही दम तोड़ दिया। मृतकों में तीन माँ और उनके इकलौते बेटे शामिल हैं। साथ एक परिवार के पांच लोगों ने दम तोड़ दिया। इनमे पति पत्नी, उनका बेटा, बेटी और चचेरे भाई शामिल है। ये लोग सूरत से पावागढ़ दर्शन के लिए जा रहे थे।  प्रधानमंत्री ने जताया दुःख प्रधानमंत्री ने इस हादसे को लेकर दुःख जताया है। उन्होंने अपने ट्वीट में लिखा "वडोदरा में हुए हादसे से दुखी हूं। मेरी संवेदनाएं उन लोगों के साथ हैं जिन्होंने अपने प्रियजनों को खोया। प्रार्थना है कि घायल जल्द ठीक हो जाए। प्रशासन दुर्घटना स्थल पर हर संभव सहायता उपलब्ध करा रहा है।" सीएम ने दिए मदद के निर्देश गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री ने भी इस हादसे को लेकर गहरा शोक प्रकट किया है। उन्होंने ट्वीट करते हुए बताया की अधिकारीयों को जरुरतमंदो की मदद के निर्देश दे दिए गए हैं। उन्होंने ट्वीट में लिखा "वडोदरा के पास सड़क दुर्घटना के कारण हुए नुकसान से दुखी हूं। अधिकारियों को जरूरतमंदों की मदद के निर्देश दिए हैं। जो लोग घायल हुए हैं, वे जल्द से जल्द ठीक हो जाएं। मैं दिवंगत आत्माओं के लिए प्रार्थना करता हूं।"

The Vice President of India, M Venkaiah Naidu today said the New Education Policy (NEP) aims at making India a global knowledge superpower and underlined the need for the country to once again become a Vishwa Guru in the field of education. The Vice President said the NEP draws inspiration from the ancient Indian education system which used to focus on developing holistic and well-rounded personalities. He said the NEP seeks to make Indian education holistic, multi-disciplinary, and practical. Addressing virtually the 13th convocation of the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Agartala, Shri Naidu pointed out that the ancient education system always taught us to live in harmony with nature and respect all beings and non-beings. “Our education was practical, wholesome, and complementary to life”, he added. Calling upon the higher education institutions and universities to make India a thriving hub of knowledge and innovation, Shri Naidu advised them to take up cutting edge research in various fields, establish synergy with industries and other similar institutions and turn our campuses into exciting centers of creativity and research. Recalling the advice of former President, Shri A P J Abdul Kalam to the youth to dream big, the Vice President asked the students to set a goal and strive hard to achieve it. “You will succeed if you work with dedication, discipline and sincerity without wavering from your chosen path”, he stressed. He told the students to utilize their knowledge, skills and aptitude that they acquired over the years in building bright, fulfilling and successful careers. Stressing the need to be agile, the Vice President said, "Students, researchers and academicians, therefore, cannot afford to remain in a world of status quo. They have to constantly learn, update themselves, and innovate every day". One who learns and adapts better will thrive," he added. He also observed that it was time for the universities, IITs, NITs and other higher education institutions to fully reorient their teaching methods and equip the teachers with new pedagogical skills in tune with the 21st-century requirements. Naidu stressed the need to adopt an inter-disciplinary approach to address the challenges faced by mankind such as ending poverty, improving agricultural productivity and combating pollution and diseases amongst others. The Vice President urged the corporate sector to identify key research projects in various sectors and fund them under CSR initiatives. "Enhancing public and private investments in research is of vital importance for creating a knowledge-driven society," he added. With about 65 percent of the country’s population comprising youth, the Vice President called for fully channelizing the energies of the youth and creating the right ecosystem for promoting entrepreneurship among them. “This is the time to tap their talents and skill for giving a fillip to ‘Vocal for Local’ campaign. Institutions like NIT-Agartala have to be at the forefront in turning youth into job creators and not just job seekers”, he added. The Vice President expressed his happiness that NIT Agartala had adopted nearby villages with an aim of making them "Model Villages." He asked all students to spend some time in villages to understand the challenges faced by rural India. Terming ‘agriculture’ as our ‘basic culture’, he called for making farming a viable and profitable activity. Reminding the students of India’s great civilizational values of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam and ‘share and care’, Shri Naidu asked them to make these values part of their life. “Sharing will give you more happiness”, he said. The Vice President also asked the educational institutions to enrich the knowledge of the students by making them aware of India’s ancient culture and heritage. Stressing the need for people to be nature- friendly, he called for protecting nature and promoting culture for a better future. He appealed to everyone to respect and love nature. He lauded NIT Agartala for being ranked within 100 best engineering institutes under the National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF). India has been recording around 30,000 daily new cases for the last two consecutive days. 29,163 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours. The country has also seen less than 50,000 daily new cases being registered continuously for the past ten days. While this signifies the wide adoption of COVID-appropriate behavior among the population, it also assumes significance in view of the high number of daily cases being continuously reported in many countries in Europe and the Americas. The trend of new daily recoveries exceeding the daily new cases continues with 40,791 cases recovering in the last 24 hours against just 29,163 newly detected cases. The Government continues to maintain a high level of countrywide testing. Total tests stand at 12,65,42,907 today. This has led to bringing down the cumulative positivity to 7.01%. The Active Caseload which has now stood at 4,53,401 comprises just 5.11% of all cumulative cases. The total recovered cases stand at 82,90,370. With this, the Recovery Rate has improved to 93.42% today. 72.87% of the recovered cases reported in the last 24 hours are from ten States/UTs. Kerala saw the greatest number of recoveries as 6,567 confirmed cases tested negative. West Bengal registered 4,376 daily recoveries while Delhi reported another 3,560 of them. 75.14%of the new cases have been reported from ten states/UTs Delhi which saw a surge in new cases over the last few days reported only 3,797 new cases yesterday, followed by West Bengal which reported 3,012 new cases. Kerala recorded 2,710 new cases. 78.40% of the 449 new deaths are concentrated in ten States/UTs. More than a fifth, 22.76% of new fatalities reported are from Delhi which reported 99 deaths. Maharashtra reported 60 fatalities, followed by West Bengal (53).

सोमवार को दिल्ली पुलिस के स्पेशल सेल को एक बड़ी कामयाबी हाथ लगी है। स्पेशल सेल ने सोमवार रात दो आतंकियों को गिरफ्तार किया है। जानकारी के अनुसार दिल्ली पुलिस की इंटेलिजेंस विंग को सराय काले खां में कुछ संदिग्धों की मौजूदगी की खबर मिली थी। इसके बाद इन पर नज़र राखी जा रही थी। पुख्ता खबर मिलने के बाद सोमवार रात स्पेशल सेल की टीम ने दो आतंकवादियों को गिरफ्तार किया। दोनों के पास कुछ अहम दस्तावेज़ और विस्फोटक बरामद हुए हैं। रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक दोनों के पास से दो सेमि आटोमेटिक पिस्तौल और 10 जिन्दा कारतूस बरामद हुए हैं। दोनों आतंकी जैश-ए-मोहम्मद आतंकी संगठन से जुड़े हुए हैं।  दोनों आतंकी जम्मू कश्मीर के बारामुल्ला और कुपवाड़ा के रहने वाले बताए जा रहे हैं। रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक राजधानी दिल्ली के कई महत्वपुर्ण स्थल और VIP इनके निशाने पर थे। दोनों से पूछताछ जारी है। 

Former US President Barack Obama's memoir 'A Promised Land', even before hitting the book stores, has made headlines in India. In his memoir, Obama has mentioned several political leaders from around the world. Interestingly, these names also include some senior Indian Congress leaders which have drawn the attention of the Indian media and audience.  In his book, Obama describes Rahul Gandhi as a student eager to impress the teacher but lacking aptitude and passion to master the subject. He says that "Rahul Gandhi has a nervous, unformed quality about him as if he were a student who'd done the coursework and was eager to impress the teacher but deep down lacked either the aptitude or the passion to master the subject." Rahul Gandhi's mother and current Congress President Sonia Gandhi also appear to find a mention in this book. Mentioning Sonia Gandhi's beauty Obama says 'We are told about the handsomeness of man life Charlie Crist and Rahm Emanuel, but not the beauty of woman, except for one or two instances, as in the case of Sonia Gandhi.' The Former Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh doesn't lag behind and also acclaims a mention in Obama's book. Obama has compared Manmohan Singh with former US secretary of Defence Bob Gates, saying both coming across as 'having a kind of impassive integrity.' The former US President's book, 'A Promised Land' is the first of a two-part memoir. It is expected to hit the stands on November 17. Obama was the first African-American President of the United States. He had visited India twice as the U.S Prez in 2010 and 2015.

बॉलीवुड अभिनेता आसिफ बसरा ने सुसाइड कर लिया है। अभिनेता को धर्मशाला के मैक्लोडगंज में जोनगिबाड़ा रोड पर स्थित एक कैफ़े के पास मृत पाया गया। हालांकि की अभी सुसाइड के कारणों का पता नहीं चल पाया है। पुलिस मौके पर पहुंच गई है और शव कब्जे में लेकर मामले की जांच कर रही है। जानकारी के अनुसार अभिनेता आसिफ बसरा पिछले 5 सालों से मैक्लोडगंज में एक किराए के मकान में रह रहे थे। उनके साथ उनकी एक UK की मित्र भी रह रही थी। गुरुवार दोपहर वह अपने पालतू कुत्ते को घुमाने निकले थे, इसके बाद उन्होंने घर आकर कुत्ते की ही रस्सी से फंदा लगा लिया। आसिफ 53 वर्ष के थे। अभिनेता के निधन से पूरी बॉलीवुड इंडस्ट्री और उनके फैन्स में शोक की लहर दौड़ गई है।  बात दें आसिफ 'Kai Po Che', 'Once Upon A Time In Mumbai', 'Parjaniya', 'Black Friday' जैसी फिल्मों में अहम भूमिका निभाई। इतना ही नहीं आसिफ हॉलीवुड की फ़िल्म 'Outsource' में भी नज़र आए। उन्हें हिमाचली फ़िल्म 'सांझ' में भी अपने किरदार के लिए जाना जाता है।

The Prime Minister will dedicate two future-ready Ayurveda institutions to the nation on the 5th Ayurveda Day on 13th November 2020. These are the Institute of Teaching & Research in Ayurveda (ITRA), Jamnagar and the National Institute of Ayurveda (NIA), Jaipur. Both the Institutes are premier institutions of Ayurveda in the country. The former has been conferred the status of an Institution of National Importance (INI) by an Act of the Parliament, and the latter that of an Institution Deemed to be University by the University Grants Commission.   The Ministry of AYUSH, since 2016, has been observing ‘Ayurveda Day’ every year on the occasion of Dhanwantari Jayanti (Dhanteras). This year, it falls on the 13th of November.   Considering the prevailing situation of COVID-19, the 5th Ayurveda Day 2020 is being observed largely on virtual platforms at the national as well as international levels.  The event of the dedication of the above two institutions to the nation by the Prime Minister will be streamed on the MyGov platform at https://pmevents.ncog.gov.in from 10.30 am on 13th Nov. The Ministry of AYUSH has invited one and all to be a part of the event by registering on the MyGov platform.   ITRA, Jamnagar: Recently created through an Act of Parliament, the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda (ITRA), is poised to emerge as a world-class healthcare institution. ITRA has 12 Departments, three clinical laboratories and three research laboratories.  It is also a leader in research work in traditional medicine, and presently, it is conducting 33 research projects. ITRA has been formed by conglomerating the cluster of four Ayurveda Institutes at the Gujarat Ayurveda University campus, Jamnagar. It is the first Institute in the Ayush Sector having the Institution of National Importance (INI) status. With the upgraded status,  ITRA will have the autonomy to upgrade the standard of Ayurveda education as it would offer courses as per modern, international standards.  Further, it will forge interdisciplinary collaborations to give a contemporary thrust to Ayurveda.   NIA, Jaipur: An Ayurveda institution with countrywide repute, NIA got a shot in the arm with Deemed to be University (De novo Category) status. Inheritor of a 175-year legacy, NIA’s contribution to preserving, promoting and advancing authentic Ayurveda in the last few decades has been significant. Presently NIA possesses 14 different departments. The institute has a very good student-teacher ratio with a total intake of 955 students and 75 faculties during 2019-20.  It runs numerous courses in Ayurveda ranging from certificate to doctoral level. With state-of-the-art lab facilities, NIA has also been a pioneer in research activities. At present, it conducts 54 different research projects.  With the conferring of Deemed to be University (De novo category), the National Institute is set to reach new heights by achieving the highest standards in tertiary health care, education and research.  

For the successive fifth day, new cases reported in the last 24 hours did not cross the 50,000 mark. 47,905 persons have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 24 hours. The trend of daily new recoveries outnumbering daily new cases continues for the 40th Day with 52,718 new recoveries registered in the last 24 hours. This trend has continued to compress the active caseload of India which is presently 4.98 lakhs. With a contribution of only 5.63% of India’s total positive cases, India’s active caseload stands at 4,89,294, well below the 5 lakh mark. The Recovery Rate has also been boosted with the trend of recoveries exceeding new cases. It presently stands at 92.89%. Total Recoveries today are 80,66,501. The gap between Recovered cases and Active cases has steadily widened to75,77,207. 78% of the new recovered cases are concentrated in 10 States/UTs. Maharashtra reported the maximum number of single-day recoveries with 9,164 newly recovered cases. 7,264 people recovered in Delhi followed closely by Kerala which reported 7,252 new recoveries. 10 States and UTs reported 78% of the new cases. Delhi observed another spike and reported the highest daily new cases, also its highest tally so far with 8,593 new cases. Delhi is followed by Kerala with 7,007 cases and Maharashtra with 4,907 cases. 550 case fatalities have been reported in the past 24 hours. Case Fatality Rate stands at 1.48% today. Of these new deaths, ten States/UTs account for 80%. Maharashtra accounted for 22. 7% share with 125 fatalities. Delhi and West Bengal follow with  85 and 49 new deaths, respectively.

अर्नब केस में सुप्रीम कोर्ट में बुधवार को सुनवाई हुई। इस दौरान SC ने हाई कोर्ट के जमानत न देने के आदेश को SC ने चुनौती दी है। साथ ही SC ने महाराष्ट्र की उद्धव सरकार को भी फटकार लगाई है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि हम लगातार ऐसे मामले देख रहे हैं जहां उच्च न्यायालय लोगों को जमानत नहीं दे रहा और उनकी व्यक्तिगत स्वतंत्रता की रक्षा करने में नाकाम रहा है। उन्होंने कहा की अगर राज्य सरकार किसी को निशाना बनाए तो उन्हें यह महसूस होना चाहिए की शीर्ष अदालत उसकी हिफाज़त करेगी।  सुनवाई के दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने महाराष्ट्र सरकार को सलाह भी दी। उन्होंने कहा, 'हमारा लोकतंत्र असाधारण रूप से लचीला है। महाराष्ट्र सरकार को इस सब (टीवी पर अर्नब गोस्वामी के तानों) को नजरअंदाज करना चाहिए।'  मामले की सुनवाई कर रहे जस्टिस चंद्रचूड़ ने कहा, 'मैं अर्नब का चैनल नहीं देखता और आपकी विचारधारा भी अलग हो सकती है, लेकिन कोर्ट अभिव्यक्ति की आजादी की रक्षा नहीं करेगा तो यह रास्ता उचित नहीं है।' सुनवाई के दौरान अर्नब गोस्वामी की ओर से सुप्रीम कोर्ट में पेश सीनियर वकील हरीश साल्वे ने इस मामले में CBI जांच की मांग की। उन्होंने जमानत पर बहस के दौरान कहा कि द्वेष और तथ्यों को अनदेखा करते हुए राज्य की शक्तियों का दुरुपयोग किया जा रहा है। हम एफआईआर के चरण से आगे निकल गए हैं। इस मामले में मई 2018 में एफआईआर दर्ज की गई थी। दोबारा जांच करने के लिए शक्तियों का गलत इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है। 

ऑनलाइन न्यूज़ पोर्टल और ऑनलाइन कंटेंट प्रोग्राम अब सूचना एवं प्रसारण मंत्रालय के तहत आएंगे। इसकी अधिसूचना केंद्र सरकार की ओर से आज जारी की गई है। केंद्र सरकार ने बुधवार को ऑनलाइन न्यूज़ पोर्टलों, ऑनलाइन कंटेंट प्रोवाइडरों को सूचना एवं प्रसारण मंत्रालय के तहत लाने से जुड़ा आदेश जारी किया। इसके तहत, सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्रालय के तहत ऑनलाइन फिल्मों के साथ ऑडियो-विज़ुअल कार्यक्रम, ऑनलाइन समाचार और करंट अफेयर्स के कंटेंट आएंगे। बता दें कि केंद्र सरकार ने इससे पहले सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एक मामले में वकालत की थी कि ऑनलाइन माध्यमों का नियमन टीवी से ज्यादा जरूरी है। अब सरकार ने ऑनलाइन माध्यमों से न्यूज़ या कंटेट देने वाले माध्यमों को मंत्रालयों के तहत लाने का कदम उठाया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एक मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान कोर्ट ने इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया को रेगुलेट करने की जरूरत पर जोर दिया था। इस पर केंद्र सरकार ने अदालत में कहा था कि अगर सुप्रीम कोर्ट को इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मीडिया के लिए मानक तय करने हैं तो पहले डिजिटल मीडिया के लिए नियम कानून बनाए जाने चाहिए। इसके पीछे सरकार ने तर्क देते हुए कहा कि इलेक्ट्रॉनिक और प्रिंट मीडिया के लिए पहले से गाइडलाइन मौजूद हैं, वहीं डिजिटल मीडिया की पहुंच बहुत अधिक होती है, उसका असर भी ज्यादा होता है। 

With over 44,281 coronavirus cases in the past 24 hours, the nationwide tally of the infection rose to 86,36,011. The country also reported over 512 fresh fatalities taking the total death toll to 1,27,571.  In a remarkable development, for the very first time in 106 days, the active coronavirus cases in the country dropped below the 5 lakh mark. In the past 24 hours over 80,13,783  people recovered from the infection. Now the total active COVID cases stand at 4,94,657. The recovery rate in the country has increased to 92.79%. The fatality rate in the country stands at 1.48 percent. The 512 fatalities recorded in the country in the past 24 hours include 110 from Maharashtra. Whereas 83 were reported from Delhi, 53 from West Bengal, 30 from Uttar Pradesh, 28 from Kerala, 25 from Tamil Nadu, 20 each from Karnatak and Punjab.

The COVID count in India has reached 85,91,730 with 38,073 infections being reported in the last 24 hours. While the death toll in the country climbed to 1,27,059 with 448 new fatalities. As per the data provided by the Union Health Ministry 79,59,406 people have recuperated from the disease taking the national recovery rate to 92.64 percent, while the fatality rate because of coronavirus stands at 1.48 percent. There are now only 5,05,265 active cases of COVID infection in the country. This is the 12th consecutive day when the active cases have remained below the 6 lakh mark.

बॉलीवुड ड्रग कनेक्शन केस में NCB ने आज अभिनेता अर्जुन रामपाल के घर छापेमारी की हैं। आज सुबह अर्जुन रामपाल के बांद्रा स्थित घर एनसीबी अफसर पहुंचे थे। बताया जा रहा है कि रामपाल के घर एनसीबी ड्रग्स की तलाश कर रही है। रामपाल के घर में कुछ डिजिटल डिवाइस सीज किए गए है, जिसकी जांच NCB करेगी।  इसके साथ NCB ने अर्जुन रामपाल को 11 नवम्बर को अपने मुंबई स्थित दफ्तर में हाजिर होने के लिए समन भी भेजा है।  ज्ञात रहे की सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की मौत के मामले में बॉलीवुड का ड्रग्स कनेक्शन सामने आया था। इसके बाद NCB  फिल्म इंडस्ट्री के ड्रग्स कनेक्शन का परत दर परत भन्दा खोलने में लगी है। पिछले महीने रामपाल की गर्लफ्रेंड गेब्रिएला के भाई Agisialos Demetriades को ड्रग्स के केस में एनसीबी के गिरफ्तार किया था। 

विधानसभा चुनाव को लेकर जारी हाई अलर्ट के बाद भी बिहार में अपराधी सक्रिय हैं। इन अपराधियों को पुलिस का कोई डर नहीं है। बेखौफ अपराधियों की बंदूके सरेआम गरज रही हैं।  घटना पटना की है। पटना की एक पंचायत के पूर्व मुख्या जब सुबह मॉर्निंग वॉक पर निकले तो कुछ बाइक सवार अज्ञातों ने उनपर गोलियां दाग दीं। बुरी तरह घायल पूर्व प्रधान को इलाज के लिए अस्पताल ले जाया गया जहाँ इलाज के दौरान उनकी मौत हो गई।   बिहार में चुनावों के लिए पटना सहित पूरे प्रदेश में हाई अलर्ट जारी होने के बावजूद भी ये घटनाएं थमने का नाम नहीं ले रही हैं। पटना में पिछले डेढ़ महीने में अपराधियों ने मर्डर की कई वारदातों को अंजाम दिया है और इन मामलों में कई ऐसे भी मामले है जिन में आज भी पुलिस अपराधियों की तलाश कर रही है। 

For the second day, new cases reported in the last 24 hours did not cross the 50,000 marks. 45,903 persons have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 24 hours. New daily cases continue to trend downwards with the success of Jan-Andolan promoting COVID appropriate behavior. The trend of recoveries outnumbering new cases has continued for the 37th Day with 48,405 cases recovering in the last 24 hours. This trend has continued to shrink the active caseload of India which is presently 5.09 lakhs. With a manageable contribution of 5.95% of India’s total positive cases, India’s active caseload stands at 5,09,673. The Recovery Rate has also been boosted with the trend of recoveries exceeding new cases. It presently stands at 92.56%. Total Recoveries today stand at 79,17,373. The gap between Recovered cases and Active cases has steadily widened to74,07,700. India’s Cumulative Positivity Rate has also declined as new cases decline but focus on testing remains a prime commitment of the Centre and the State/UT governments. India’s Cumulative Positivity Rate has dropped to 7.19% today. 79% of the new recovered cases are observed to be concentrated in 10 States/UTs.

उत्तर प्रदेश के बलिया जिला में छेड़छाड़ के बाद जिन्दा जलने की घटना सामने आई है। बताया जा रहा है की छेड़छाड़ का विरोध करने पर एक दबंग युवक ने छात्र को उस ही के घर में ज़िंदा जला दिया। बेटी को बचाने आग में कूदे पिता के भी झुलसने की खबर है। फिलहाल, गंभीर रूप से घायल छात्रा को इलाज के लिए वाराणसी रेफर किया गया है।  जानकारी के मुताबिक बलिया में कोचिंग जा रही एक छात्र के साथ गांव के दबंग लड़के ने छेड़छाड़ की कोशिश की जिसका लड़की ने विरोध किया। आरोप है कि बाद में आरोपी दबंग लड़के ने छात्रा के घर में घुसकर उसे जिंदा जला दिया। छात्रा को गंभीर हालत में वाराणसी भेजा गया है। जलती हुई अपनी बेटी को बचाने गए उसके पिता भी झुलस गए। पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज कर आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। 

India’s daily new recoveries have been exceeding the daily new cases for more than a month. In contrast to 50,356 new reported cases, 53,920 cases have recovered in the last 24 hours. This trend has been observed for the last five weeks. This also played a pivotal role in pushing down the active caseload which is presently pegged at 5.16 lakh. The last five weeks have seen a continuous decline in average daily new cases. The average daily new cases have declined to 46,000 cases from more than 73,000 average daily new cases in the first week of October. The active cases, on a sustained decline as a result of the aforementioned trend, stand at 5,16,632 today. This figure translates to a mere 6.11%of India’s total positive cases. The total recovered cases stand at 78,19,886 which has pushed the national Recovery Rate to 92.41%. The gap between Recovered cases and Active cases presently stands at 73,03,254. 79% of the new recovered cases are observed to be concentrated in 10 States/UTs. Maharashtra continues to have the maximum number of single-day recoveries.11,060 recoveries have pushed up the State’s total recoveries to 15,62,342. In keeping with the national trend, 18 States/UTs are reporting a higher recovery rate than the national average. 77% of the new cases are from 10 States and UTs. Delhi has overtaken Maharashtra and Kerala to report 7,178 cases in the last 24 hours. Kerala has recorded 7,002 new cases. Maharashtra reported 6,870 new cases yesterday. 577 case fatalities have been reported in the past 24 hours. Of these, ten States/UTs account for nearly 83%. More than 27.9% of new fatalities reported are from Maharashtra (161 deaths). Delhi and West Bengal follow with 64 and 55 new deaths respectively.

रिपब्लिक टीवी के अर्नब गोस्वामी की जमानत याचिका पर आज बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट में सुनवाई होनी है। इस से पहले शुक्रवार को समय की कमी के चलते उनको राहत देने और उनके खिलाफ दर्ज आत्महत्या के मामले में पुलिस जांच पर रोक लगाए जाने पर हो रही सुनवाई शनिवार तक टाल गई थी। बता दें अन्वय की पत्नी अक्षता ने इस साल मई में अर्नब गोस्वामी पर आरोप लगाए थे की उनके पति ने रिपब्लिक टीवी के स्टूडियो में इंटीरियर का काम किया था। इस काम के लिए तकरीबन 500 मजदूर लगाए गए थे। मगर अर्नब ने इसके लिए 5.40 करोड़ रुपये का भुगतान नहीं किया था, जिस वजह से परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति खराब हो गई और तंग आकर अन्वय ने अपनी बुजुर्ग मां के साथ आत्महत्या कर ली। पुलिस के अनुसार, गोस्वामी के चैनल और दो अन्य लोगों द्वारा कथित रूप से बकाया भुगतान न करने पर दोनों ने आत्महत्या कर ली थी।  वहीं SC ने अर्नब को महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा के विशेषाधिकारी हनन मामले में बड़ी राहत दी है। कोर्ट ने कहा है की जब तक इस मामले में आगे सुनवाई नहीं होती है, तब तक अर्नब को गिरफ्तार नहीं किया जा सकता। 

अक्सर कंट्रोवर्सी में रहने वाली बॉलीवुड एक्ट्रेस पूनम पांडे को गोवा पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। पूनम पांडे पर सार्वजनिक स्थल पर अश्लील वीडियो शूट करने का आरोप लगा है। उनके खिलाफ गोवा फॉरवर्ड पार्टी की वीमेन विंग्स ने शिकायत दर्ज करवाई थी। शिकायत में कहा गया की वो गोवा के चमोली डैम में सरेआम अश्लील वीडियो शूट कर रही थी। FIR दर्ज होने के बाद आज पुलिस ने उन्हें गिरफ्तार कार लिया है।  इसके अलावा पूनम पांडे की अश्लील वीडियो की शूटिंग को लेकर एक अज्ञात शख्स ने भी कैनाकोना पुलिस स्टेशन में शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी जिसके बाद पूनम से पूछताछ की। पुलिस ने सार्वजनिक स्थल पर अश्लील हरकत करने के आरोप में पूनम को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। हालाँकि ये कोई पहला मामला नहीं है जब पूनम पांडे सुर्ख़ियों में रही हो।    

देश की राजधानी दिल्ली में इस दिवाली पटाखे नहीं जलाए जाएंगे। इसका ऐलान स्वयं सीएम अरविन्द केजरीवाल ने किया है। बता दें इस बार दिल्ली में दिवाली से पहले ही वायु प्रदुषण की स्थिति गंभीर हो गई है। एयर क्वालिटी इंडेक्स रिकॉर्ड 999 के स्तर पर पहुँच गया है। और अब दिवाली त्यौहार में कहीं वातावरण पटाखों से और ज़्यादा प्रदूषित न हो जाए इस डर में, दिल्ली सरकार ने उन्हें बैन करने का फैसला लिया है।  सीएम केजरीवाल ने कहा की दिल्ली में पॉलूशन और कोरोना दोनों ही बहुत गंभीर समस्या है। पॉलूशन की वजह से कोरोना की स्थिति भी बिगड़ रही है। और दिवाली त्यौहार के दौरान हर साल ही दिल्ली में प्रदुषण का डर बढ़ जाता है। इसलिए सरकार ने फैसला किया है की इस बार दिवाली पर राजधानी ने पटाखे नहीं जलाए जाएंगे। 

कोरोना वायरस के प्रतिदिन आ रहे मामलों में पिछले कुछ समय से चल रही गिरावट के बाद आज फिर ये आंकड़ा बढ़ा है। बता दें पिछले 24 घंटो में देश में कोरोना के 50,209 नए मामले सामने आए हैं। वहीं इस अदृश्य बीमारी से 704 लोगों ने अपनी जान गंवाई है। देश में कोरोना वायरस से संक्रमितों की कुल संख्या 83,64,086 हो गई है। यह जानकारी केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय द्वारा दी गई है।  स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी आंकड़ों के अनुसार कोरोना वायरस से ठीक होने वाले लोगों का आंकड़ा देश में लगातार बढ़ता जा रहा है। पिछले 24 घंटों में 5,825 लोगों ने कोरोना को मात दी है, अब देश में कुल 5,27,962 सक्रिय मामले हैं। वही, देश में अब तक कुल 1,24,315 लोगों ने कोरोना के कारण अपनी जान गंवाई है। 

The Maharashtra Police on Wednesday arrested Republic TV's Arnab Goswami, in a two-year-old case of which investigation was reopened recently. Republic TV claimed that Goswami was "assaulted and dragged" by the Mumbai police during the arrest. Goswami reportedly said that Mumbai Police also physically assaulted his mother-in-law and father-in-law, son and wife. The Republic Editor-in-Chief has been arrested for allegedly abetting the suicide of a 53-year-old interior designer, Anvay Naik, and his mother, in 2018. Anvay Naik and his mother Kumud Naik had died by suicide in May 2018. A suicide note purportedly written by Naik claimed that Goswami and two others owed him Rs 5.4 crore and had refused to pay it back, forcing him to take the extreme step. The monetary transaction had taken place during the construction of the Republic TV studio. When Naik's mother learned about Naik’s death, she too killed herself. In May this year, the Maharashtra government ordered a fresh investigation into the case against Goswami and two others by the state Criminal Investigation Department.

India continues to occupy the top global position as the country with the maximum number of recoveries. The total recoveries have crossed 75 lakhs today (7,544,798). 53,285 recoveries have been registered in the last 24 hours in the country. The active cases have sustained on the downslide. The total active cases in India stand at 5,61,908. Active Cases comprise only 6.83% of the total positive cases of the country. In a span of just two months, the percentage of active cases have reduced more than 3 times. On 3rd September, the percentage of active cases was 21.16%. India has demonstrated an exponential increase in the number of COVID-19 cumulative tests since Jan 2020. Expanded testing has led to early identification and appropriate treatment. It has crossed the landmark of 11 crores (11,07,43,103) total tests today. The country’s testing capacities have multiplied manifold with 2037 labs across the country and with collaborative efforts of the Centre and State/UT governments. A higher number of recoveries is also reflected in the continuous increase in the national recovery rate, which is at present 91.68% 78% of the new recovered cases in the past 24 hours are from 10 States/UTs. Kerala and  Karnataka has contributed the highest number to these with more than 8,000 cases. Delhi and west Bengal follow with more than 4,000 cases. 45,321 confirmed cases have been reported in the last 24 hours in the country. 80% of the new cases are concentrated in ten States/UT. Kerala surged to first place with 7,025 new cases while Delhi and Maharashtra, both reported more than 5000 daily new cases. 496 deaths have been registered in the past 24 hours. 10 States and UTs account for 82% of fatalities in the past 24 hours. 22% of deaths reported yesterday are from Maharashtra with 113 deaths followed by West Bengal with 59 deaths.

The mastermind of the recent killing of three BJP workers in Kulgam and the most wanted Hizbul Mujahideen chief, Dr. Saifullah Mir, was gunned down in an encounter by the security forces on Sunday. This is a great success for the security forces. After Riaz Naiku was killed in the month of May this year, Saifullah has taken over the command as Hizb chief.  As per information, the security forces were reported to have the presence of militants near the old airfield of Rangreth on the outskirts of Srinagar. On this information, the army, CRPF, police cordoned off the area and launched a search operation.  He was given an opportunity to surrender, but he refused and fired indiscriminately upon the forces, to which the security forces backfired. In a short while, the firing stopped from the other side. The body of a terrorist was recovered during the search operation. It has been identified as Dr. Saifullah Mir alias Ghazi Haider alias Dr. Saheb, the operational commander of Hizbul. 

विश्व स्वास्थय संगठन के प्रमुख टेडरोस ऐडहॉनम ने खुद को सेल्फ क्वारंटाइन कर लिया है। WHO महानिदेशक टेड रॉस ने बताया की कुछ दिन पहले वो एक कोरोना संक्रमित पाए गए शख्स के संपर्क में आए थे। इस के बाद से ही उन्होंने खुदको सेल्फ आइसोलेट करने का फैसला कर लिया।  टेडरोस ने ट्वीट किया, ''मुझे किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति के संपर्क आया जिसकी कोविड 19 जांच की रिपोर्ट पॉजिटिव आई है। मैं पूरी तरह ठीक हूं और कोई लक्षण नहीं है। लेकिन आने वाले दिनों में विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन के प्रोटोकॉल के मुताबिक मैं खुद को क्वारंटीन में रखूंगा।"

बॉलीवुड की क्वीन कंगना रनौत अपनी ताबड़-तोड़ बयानबाज़ी को लेकर अक्सर सुर्ख़ियों में रहती हैं। इस बार भी कंगना ने अपने शब्दों के बाण कुछ इस तरह चलाए हैं की वह फिर चर्चे में हैं। आज सरदार वल्लभ भाई पटेल की जयंती है और कंगना अपने ही अंदाज़ में उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की है। वल्लभ भाई को श्रद्धांजलि देने के साथ-साथ कंगना ने गांधी और नेहरू की आलोचना भी कर डाली।  कंगना ने ट्वीट करते हुए लिखा, 'उन्होंने (वल्लभ भाई) गांधी को खुश करने के लिए भारत के पहले प्रधानमंत्री के रूप में अपने सबसे योग्य और निर्वाचित पद का बलिदान दिया क्योंकि गांधी को लगता था कि नेहरू बेहतर अंग्रेजी बोलते हैं। इससे सरदार पटेल को नहीं बल्कि पूरे देश को दशकों तक नुकसान भुगतना पड़ा। हमें बेशर्मी से वह छीन लेना चाहिए जिस पर हमारा हक है।' कंगना ने एक और ट्वीट किया, जिसमें उन्होंने लिखा, 'वह भारत के असली लौह पुरुष हैं। मेरा मानना​है कि गांधी जी नेहरू की तरह एक कमजोर दिमाग चाहते थे, ताकि वे उन्हें नियंत्रण में रख सके और नेहरू को आगे कर सभी निर्णय ले सकें। यह एक अच्छी योजना थी, लेकिन गांधी के मारे जाने के बाद जो हुआ वह बहुत बड़ी आपदा थी। #SardarVallabhbhaiPatel।' अपनी बात ख़तम करते हुए कंगना ने ट्वीट किया, 'भारत के लौह पुरुष सरदार पटेल को उनकी जयंती पर याद करती हूं। आप एक ऐसे व्यक्ति थे, जिन्होंने हमें आज का भारत दिया है, लेकिन आपने एक प्रधानमंत्री का पद त्याग कर हमारे महान नेतृत्व और दूरदर्शिता को हमसे दूर किया है। हमें आपके निर्णय पर गहरा अफसोस है।' 

Two months after the Indian government banned Tencent backed gaming app in the country, PUBG has terminated all services and access of users in India with effect from October 30.  “To comply with the interim order of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology dated September 2, 2020, Tencent Games will terminate all service and access for users in India to PUBG MOBILE nordic Map: Livik and PUBG MOBILE Lite on October 30, 2020. The rights to publish PUBG MOBILE in India will be returned to the owner of the PUBG intellectual property,” PUBG Mobile said on its Facebook page. “Protecting user data has always been a top priority and we have always complied with applicable data protection laws and regulations in India,” the statement added. While PUBG was banned by the government on September 2 for any further downloads, the latest move implies that it won't b e accesible for users who already had the app installed in their phones and PCs.

  Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi  paid his last tributes to late Keshubhai Patel, former CM of Gujarat at the latter's Gandhinagar residence, on Friday. Keshubhai passed away on Thurday, after prolonged illness in a city hospital in Ahmedabad.  Keshubhai Patel was Gujarat’s CM from March 1995 to October 1995 and from March 1998 to October 2001. He was succeeded as Chief Minister by Narendra Modi. Patel was a member of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly six times. He had quit the BJP in 2012 and floated the Gujarat Parivartan Party, which merged with the BJP in 2014. Tributes poured in for Keshubhai Patel from all quarters. PM Modi also expressed grief over the BJP stalwart’s death and said that he had lost a father figure. 

India has achieved a significant milestone in its fight against COVID. The active caseload has fallen below 6 lakh for the first time in nearly three months (85 days). India has registered 5.94 lakh active cases today. The active caseload was 5.95 lakh on 6th August. Presently the active cases comprise only 7.35% of the total positive cases of the country standing at 5,94,386. This has strengthened its trend of steady decline. The trajectory of the active caseload across different States/UTs has been diverse indicating their efforts and gradual progress in their fight against the global pandemic. India has also sustained its high number of recoveries. The total recovered cases stand at 73,73,375. India continues to be the topmost country with maximum number of recovered cases globally. The difference between active cases and recovered cases is consistently increasing and stands at 6,778,989 today. 57,386 patients have recovered and discharged in the last 24 hours whereas the new confirmed cases are 48,648. The national Recovery Rate has progressed to 91.15%. 80% of the new recovered cases are observed to be concentrated in 10 States/UTs . Kerala has contributed the  maximum with more than 8,000 to the single day recoveries followed by Maharashtra and Karnataka with more than 7,000 recoveries each. 48,648 new confirmed cases were recorded in the last 24 hours. 78% of these are from 10 States and UTs. Kerala is still reporting a very high number of new cases with more than 7,000 cases followed by Maharashtra and Delhi with more than 5,000 cases each. 563 case fatalities have been reported in the past 24 hours. Of these, 81% are concentrated in ten States/UTs. Maharashtra has reported the highest single day deaths (156 deaths) followed by West Bengal with 61 cases. India has performed remarkably on fulfilling WHO’s advise of 140 tests/day/ million population. In its Guidance Note on “Public Health Criteria to Adjust Public Health and Social Measures in the Context of COVID-19” WHO has advised this strategy for comprehensive surveillance for suspected cases. In another row of achievements, 35 States/UTs have exceeded the advised number of tests. The national average of tests per day per million population stands at 844. The figure for Delhi and Kerala has exceeded 3,000.

Three members of India’s governing Hindu nationalist party BJP were shot dead by unidentified assailants in Kashmir, late thursday night. This came two days after New Delhi enacted new land laws which the residents described as ‘land grab.’   Militants fired at the three members of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Bharatiya Janata Party, or BJP, in southern Kulgam district, police said in a statement. The three were taken to a hospital, where they died, it said. The BJP says they were members of the party’s youth wing and one was the general secretary of the wing’s Kulgam unit. In a tweet late on Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi condemned the killing of his party members. “They were bright youngsters doing excellent work in [Kashmir],” he said. The BJP condemned the killings, calling them a “barbaric terror attack.” In a tweet the party said,“Those who are responsible for this will not be spared.”   Government forces launched a search for the shooters, police said. Officials did not immediately reveal other details, and no rebel group has claimed responsibility for the attack.

The Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has expressed grief over the passing away of former Chief Minister of Gujarat, Keshubhai Patel. In a series of tweets, the Prime Minister said. "Our beloved and respected Keshubhai has passed away…I am deeply pained and saddened. He was an outstanding leader who cared for every section of society. His life was devoted to the progress of Gujarat and the empowerment of every Gujarati. Keshubhai traveled across the length and breadth of Gujarat to strengthen the Jana Sangh and BJP. He resisted the Emergency tooth and nail. Issues of farmer welfare were closest to his heart. Be it as MLA, MP, Minister or CM, he ensured many farmer-friendly measures were passed. Keshubhai mentored and groomed many younger Karyakartas including me. Everyone loved his affable nature. His demise is an irreparable loss. We are all grieving today. My thoughts are with his family and well-wishers. Spoke to his son Bharat and expressed condolences. Om Shanti."  

भारत के विंग कमांडर अभिनंदन वर्धमान को लेकर आज भी पकिस्तान द्वारा सियासत जारी है। पाकिस्तान के एक सांसद ने बुधवार को संसद में बोलते हुए दवा किया की भारत के हमले के डर से इमरान खान सरकार ने भारतीय वायुसेना के पायलट अभिनंदन वर्धमान को अचानक रिहा कर दिया था।  पाकिस्तानी सांसद अयाज सादिक ने संसद में दावा किया, "मुझे याद महमूद शाह कुरैशी उस बैठक में मौजूद थे, जिसमें इमरान खान ने आने से इनकार कर दिया था। कुरैशी के पैर कांप रहे थे, माथे पर पसीना था। हमसे कुरैशी ने कहा, खुदा के वास्ता अब इसको वापस जाने दें, क्योंकि 9 बजे रात को हिंदुस्तान पाकिस्तान पर हमला कर रहा है।" अयाज ने कहा कि हिंदुस्तान हमला नहीं करने वाला था। सरकार को सिर्फ घुटने टेककर अभिनंदन को वापस भेजना था, जो उन्होंने किया। बता दें पिछली साल 27 फरवरी को विंग कमांडर अभिनंदन वर्धमान ने पाकिस्तानी एफ-16 फाइटर जेट मार गिराया था, लेकिन इस दौरान उनका अपना विमान भी क्रैश हो गया था और वो पीओके में जा गिरे थे। जिसके बाद पाकिस्तानी सेना ने उन्हें अपने कब्ज़े में ले लिया था। जब भारत को आधिकारिक तौर पर पता चला तो बिना शर्त उन्हें वापस लौटने को कहा। भारत का सख्त रुख देखते हुए पाकिस्तान ने अभिनंदन वर्धमान को सही सलामत वापस भेज दिया था। 

आज से बिहार चुनाव का आगाज़ हो गया है। पहले चरण में 71 विधानसभा सीटों पर मतदान हो रहा है।  आंकड़ों के मुताबिक अब तक लगभग 18.31 फीसदी वोटिंग हो चुकी है। सुबह से ही पोलिंग बूथों पर लोगों की लम्बी कतारे लगी रहीं। हालांकि शुरुआत में ईवीएम और वीवीपैट मशीनों में दिक्कत आई पर बाद में वोटिंग ने रफ़्तार पकड़ ली। पहले चरण के लिए कुल 1066 उम्मीदवार मैदान में हैं और 2.14 करोड़ से अधिक मतदाता वोट डाल रहे हैं।  71 विधानसभा सीटों पर मतदान  इसमें 2.14 करोड़ से ज्याादा मतदाता 1066 प्रत्याशियों के भाग्य का फैसला कर रहे हैं। बिहार चुनाव के पहले चरण की 71 सीटों में से तेजस्वी यादव के नेतृत्व वाले महागठबंधन की ओर से आरजेडी 42 सीटों पर चुनाव लड़ रही है जबकि उसके सहयोगी कांग्रेस 21 और सीपीआई माले 8 सीटों पर चुनावी मैदान में है।  वहीं, नीतीश की अगुवाई वाले एनडीए की ओर से जेडीयू 35 सीटों पर चुनावी मैदान में उतरी है जबकि उसकी सहयोगी बीजेपी 29, जीतनराम मांझी की हिंदुस्तान आवाम मोर्चा 6 और वीआईपी एक सीट पर चुनाव लड़ रही है। 

हिमाचल के मंडी की रहने वाली टीवी एक्ट्रेस मालवी मल्होत्रा पर जानलेवा हमला हुआ है। हमले के बाद मालवी मल्होत्रा का मुंबई के कोकिलाबेन धीरूभाई अंबानी अस्पताल में इलाज चल रहा है।  जानकारी के मुताबिक बीती रात मालवी मल्होत्रा के एक पुराने दोस्त ने ही उनपर जानलेवा हमला करते हुए चाकू से शरीर पर किए तीन वार हैं। आशंका लगाई जा रही है की एक तरफ़ा प्यार में व्यक्ति ने एक्ट्रेस पर हमला किया है, हालांकि असली वजह जांच के बाद ही सामने आएगी।  इस मामले को लेकर मुबई के वर्सोवा पुलिस थाने में शिकायत दर्ज की गई है। फिलहाल इलाज के बाद अब अभिनेत्री की हालत खतरे से बाहर बताई जा रही है। 

जम्मू कश्मीर के पुलवामा के ट्राला में सुरक्षाबलों ने एक आतंकी को ढेर किया है। वहीँ एक अन्य आतंकी ने सुरक्षाबलों के सामने आत्मसमर्पण कर दिया।  जानकारी के मुताबिक सुरक्षाबलों ने जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस की ओर से मुहैया कराई गई सूचना के आधार पर जिले के अवंतीपोरा क्षेत्र के नूरपोरा में एक संयुक्त अभियान शुरू किया था। इस मुठभेड़ के दौरान एक आतंकवादी मारा गया जबकि एक आतंकवादी ने अपील पर आत्मसमर्पण कर दिया।  बता दें पुलवामा के गुलशनपुरा के रहने वाला आतंकी इस साल 25 सितम्बर से फरार था। उसने कल सुरक्षाबलों के सामने आत्मसमर्पण कर दिया। उसने लाइव एनकाउंटर के समय माँ-बाप की मौजूदगी में सरेंडर किया। उसके पास एक एके 47 राइफल भी बरामद की गई है। मारे गए आतंकी की अभी पहचान नहीं हो पाई है। 

एलएसी पर चीन के साथ तनातनी के बीच भारत और अमेरिका के बीच मंगलवार को एक अहम रक्षा समझौते होने जा रहे हैं। इस समझौते के तहत दोनों देश रक्षा उद्देश्यों के लिए एक दूसरे के उपग्रहों के आंकड़ों एवं नक्शों की सूचनाएं साझा कर सकेंगे। 2016 में अमेरिका के साथ हुए लिमोआ समझौते के बाद इसे दूसरा बड़ा अहम समझौता माना जा रहा है। टू प्लस टू यात्रा के लिए भारत आए अमेरिका के रक्षा मंत्री मार्क टी.एस्पर ने सोमवार को रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह से मुलाकात की। दोनों नेताओं ने यात्रा के दौरान रक्षा सहयोग बढ़ाने के साथ-साथ बेसिक एक्सचेंज एंड कोआपरेशन एग्रीमेंट (बेका) पर हस्ताक्षर किए जाने पर भी संतुष्टि व्यक्त की। रक्षा मंत्रालय द्वारा दी गई इस जानकारी के बाद इस बहुप्रतीक्षित समझौते पर मंगलवार को हस्ताक्षर होने का रास्ता साफ माना जा रहा है।

2020 के शुरुआती महीनों में बंद रहने के बाद ट्रेनों का परिचालन एक बार फिर से शुरू हो गया है, लेकिन अभी यह सीमित रूटों पर सीमित स्टेशनों के लिए ही है। इस बीच भारत में त्योहारों का मौसम का भी आगाज़ हो गया है। रेलवे ने त्योहारी सीजन में बढ़ी टिकट की डिमांड को देखते हुए 46 स्पेशल ट्रेनों को चलाने का ऐलान किया है।  रेलवे ने कई स्पेशल ट्रेन चलाने का ऐलान किया है। यह सभी ट्रेना यूपी और बिहार के अलग-अलग जिलों में जाएगी ऐसे में त्यौहार पर घर जाने की उम्मीद लगाए बैेठे लोगों का काफी राहत मिलेगी।
